The Sunset Beach 2040 Comprehensive Plan is a long-range policy guide that reflects the community’s vision for the future. The plan examines land use, housing, natural resources, transportation, economic development, and community character to help the Town make informed decisions over the next 15–20 years. Built through public engagement and careful analysis, this plan is designed to protect what residents value most while charting a thoughtful course for future growth and investment.
